These four conjunctions stand at the beginning of a sentence, linking it to the one before. それで = "and so": states the natural result of the previous sentence — 熱がありました。それで、休みました. After それで you can't use commands or invitations.
すると = "and then, whereupon": right after one action finishes, something (often unexpected, outside the speaker's control) happens — ドアを開けました。すると、猫が入ってきました. それに = "moreover, on top of that": stacks on more information pointing the same way — 広いです。それに、駅から近いです.
だから = "therefore, that's why": like それで but more subjective and decisive; the following sentence can even be a command or invitation: 明日は試験だ。だから、今晩勉強しよう. The polite form is ですから. On the test, watch the それで／だから pair: if the following sentence is an invitation or a command, only だから is correct.
